Accessing Citytrain

The Citytrain network map provides details on the suburbs in which stations are located. You can use the station details pages to find out more details about a particular station such as addresses and facilities.

Park and Ride

Many stations have car parks on site which provide our passengers a place to park their car while using Citytrain services.

Try one of Citytrain's conveniently located carparks and get to your destination without traffic hassles and the high cost of petrol and parking. Citytrain car parks are your convenient, easy and free alternative to expensive city parking with many carparks protected by CCTV cameras.

Use the Station details pages to find out more information about car parks at stations nearby you.

Wheelchairs and Prams

Many QR Citytrain stations have wheelchair access from the car park or platform entrance and are equipped with ramps to assist in boarding trains. To enquire about the availability of these facilities, please call Passenger Services on (07) 3606 5555 or Telephone Typewriter Service (07) 3606 5800 prior to travel. You can use the Station details pages to find out more information regarding access to stations nearby you.

If you require assistance with a pram, please travel in the guard’s carriage and advise station staff at your boarding station of your destination and return details.

Helpful hint – The safest way for you to disembark with a pram is to wheel it off backwards, especially when there is a large gap between the platform and the train.

Detailed information regarding Citytrain's access policies and procedures can be found here.

Guide Dogs

Emergency security phones called Help Points are also available at most stations. Emergency phones connect the caller with QR Citytrain staff who will organise assistance.
